Substitute Teacher Rates Increased, Effective December 1, 2016
The Carpinteria Unified School District has increased the daily teacher substitute rate to $120.00, effective December 1, 2016.  The long-term substitute rate is $125, and will be effective on the 21st day, retro-active to the start of the assignment. Substitute calling is done through Aesop. If a job is not accepted and worked within 6 months, the sub will be removed from the system.

The district is accepting applications on an ongoing basis for all substitute classified positions, and applications can be downloaded from the link below or hard copies are available at the district office.  Please submit your resume along with your application for classified substitute positions.
